Coolum gets the blues

The Annual Coolum Blues Rent Party is on again on Saturday, June 7 at the Coolum Civic Centre with bands guaranteed to be rocking the blues on the night.

The event is the second in a series of fundraisers intended for the staging of 2008 Sunshine Coast Blues Festival scheduled for September 12, 13 and 14 at the Nambour Showgrounds.

There will be a stellar line-up on the night that will feature some festival favourites and local legends as well as the introduction of some awesome new and emerging artists.

The Blues Rent Parties are fast becoming famous for their great atmosphere and, with and amazing line up of live music programmed, it will be a night not to be missed.

The event will commence at 7.30. The cost of admission is $15 and ARTSUN members pay $10 at the door.

This is a licensed event so sorry, no BYO.
