HERRON Todd White held Christmas drinks for nearly 200 clients at the Yacht Club recently.

The HTW Christmas party has been a real estate institution over the years, largely because of the mix of clients attending - bankers, agents, developers and property professionals.

One of the partners, Peter Degotardi, apologised to the gathering that the party had to be cancelled in 2011 due to the tough year, but that there was optimism in the air following a positive 2012.

HTW celebrates 45 years of operations in Australia this year, beginning in Rockhampton in 1967. It has been on the Sunshine Coast 25 years, having opened in Caloundra in 1986 under Jeff Southwell, then moving to Mooloolaba in 1987.
