Miracle after teen’s camp accident
A TEENAGE boy involved in a critical accident on a high ropes course has made a miracle recovery.
Connor Petterson, 14, from Marist College in Ashgrove, was flown to Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in a critical condition after suffering neck and head injuries.
The teen had been on a school camp at Woodford when he became entangled in the rope.
His school this morning announced the recovery.
"It is with a profound sense of joy that we inform you that Year 9 student, Connor Petterson, has received the "all clear" after an MRI last night," Marist College headmaster Peter McLoughlin wrote.
"Mr and Mrs Petterson have been overwhelmed with your prayers and support but ask that you please continue to pray for all people in ICU's.
"We will continue to provide further updates as they come to hand.
"With sincere appreciation for the support of you all."
