Star musicians coming to Coolum

COOLUM Civic Centre will play host over the next two weekends to some of Australia’s best music festival performers, headlined by Mat McHugh from The Beautiful Girls this Sunday night and ARIA award-winning bluesman Ash Grunwald on Sunday, August 21.

McHugh’s appearance heralds the return of the popular Lighthouse Party events in Coolum.

He will be supported by Shannon Carroll and OJ from Band of Frequencies, as well as Ashleigh Mannix, who returns to Coolum by popular demand after her successful performance at last year’s Golden Days Festival.

Tickets are available for the Lighthouse Party at Sierra Cafe or moshtix.com.au.

Ash Grunwald was the headline act at last year’s Golden Days Festival and thrilled the huge night-time crowd.

He is back on August 21 as part of Ash’s Road Dog Diaries national tour, which includes Beau Young, The Grains and Haldanes Daughters.

Tickets are available at website www.oztix.com.au.
