Truck smashes into light pole, driver rushed to hospital

A MAN has been rushed to hospital with serious leg and abdominal injuries after his truck crashed into a light pole on the Warrego Hwy.

The 46-year-old was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital after his truck left the road in Hattonvale at 4.45pm on Monday.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
